    Good job. I agree with a lot of what you said. I've got a 3 camera system and it works well but I pre-ordered it with the alarm and the understanding it would be a full security system. Then they cancelled the alarm and changed the product description to just video monitoring. Seems very very close to false advertising. Now it appears they are coming out with a different alarm but you have to pay a monthly fee. Seems like they might have just changed their minds and decided to try to monetize the alarm function. The way they have handled this is upsetting to me. But like you said , as a wireless video monitoring service it does work great.
